Some times ago, I made a special set inspired to the new San-x's characters called Sumikkogurashi that a reader of my blog, Vanessa, committed to me. I have to admit that I was really glad to carve them because me too I am a great fan of those tiny and extremely shy animals, which are at ease only sitting in the corner.
Saying the true, I love all the characters produced by both San-x's and Sanrio, which I consider the real masters in making kawaii & cute creations. That inspired me to make some stamps representing some of these famous characters...
They are so cute, and each of them has a its own personality, which clearly marks all of them. For that, it is not possible to empathize with our own favourite characters...
...for instance, I love very much Pompom Purin and Rilakkuma because, both of them, are huge gluttons and are used to spend the main part of their time dozing... and you? Which is your favourite one? Your Sumikkogurashi stamps turned out so well! It's great that you can stack them on top of eachother :D My favorite character has to be TarePanda. I like it how lazy he rolls around (^_^).
They're all so cute! My favourites are PomPom Purin for his cute roly poly belly and beret, and Chococat who has such a funny expression with his big eyes!
I have loved Hello Kitty since I was a young girl! And I still love her and now my daughter loves her!
My 2 favorite would be My Melody and the Little Twins Stars. They so much remind me of my childhood in Hong-Kong! Nostalgie quand tu nous tiens...

Cinnamoroll is so cute, but nothing beats the lazy teddy bear so I'd say my choice is Rilakkuma ^_^

Chococat is my favourite! I adore black cats, and in my youth liked Sanrio a fair amount (though not really much love for Hello Kitty). I used to get Chococat items when I was a child! A bag, a lunch set, stamps and stationary, anything and everything with Chococat :))
